Dolphin Tale 2

"The story continues but this time our old friend is in trouble and she needs the help of a new dolphin if she hopes to survive. Clearly, they had to bring back fan favorite Rufus. The only problem being, he kind of sticks around for too long in scenes. He gets his own side story, which can be a bit much at times, but man he portrays it well. This leads into one thing that I truly applaud this movie on. Capturing those incredible shots with the animals. Whether it's Winter the show stealer being a perfect actress, or that weird pelican Rufus successfully following that turtle around like a concerned parent. Heck they managed to shoot him attempting to help the kids lift the turtle put of the water at the docks. Now that's impressive. Please someone tell movies thats what I want to see in the bonus features, how you manage to capture moments like that. I do enjoy the way they portray the federal regulations in this movie. It helps express that saving the hospital and Winter in the last movie truly is just the first step. It's not only realistic, it's accurate! They truly hit the nail on the head with that move and it brings up a different type of suspense the last one never got the chance to accomplish. But I will also say the first movie an added mystical effect while this one relies on urgency. This one makes you want to watch it at x2 speed while the last made you want to slow down and relax. Realistic movies always make you want to skip to the happy ending. Both of these accomplish that in different ways. Yet this one manages to be a good movie & an even better sequel. Showing the progression of their lives while still showing their happy ending doesn't mean happy forever. I will always salute this movie for that. It's always beyond amazing to see a proper sequel."
