"Huge fan of his & hugely disappointed when Patriot Act was canceled. This special covers lots of territory-he addresses moments from why he named his show that to lots of personal material re: wife, his part in their fertility struggle & immense love for their daughter & how following injustice/likes on social media & on his show led to some scary things that hit too close to home. Serious mixed with funny as always. I follow him on Instagram & love that he’s smart, vulnerable, willing to admit mistakes & love seeing him w/his kids. Top of his game here & makes me miss Patriot Act even more! He says he’s been called “a funny raccoon on adderall” (1st I’ve heard it) but this is one of the best comedy specials I’ve seen. Period. "
