"Nightmare fuel and a very harsh critique of the Hollywood system told in very strange and disorienting way only Lynch could produce. Also what felt like horrifying vignette about a very dirty man that probably represents something but I haven't looked it up myself, all I know is that it gave me a heart attack the first time I watched it. It's a little slow but I think it adds to the dream like feel that most Lynch films have."
"Intriguing and different if not a little weird 3.5 ⭐️ "

"A little disappointed in the sum of the movie, but it has intriguing scenes that keep you interested despite a satisfying or coherent ending. David Lynch had delivered an array of unique movies. I’m an admirer of his work, but in my mind this movie just didn’t jell. Still as any of Lynch’s work it is worth a view."
"Pride Day 16: Oh hey, I haven't said anything about Mulholland Drive yet. Honestly, this was the first David Lynch movie I watched and I have to return to it at some point as I'm now a bit more familiar with his work and hopefully better equipped to make sense of what I'm watching. I've only just realized how tired I am and that I've picked a terrible time to attempt to describe Mulholland Dr but I'm in here now so I'll say there's a lesbian relationship in this movie and Naomi Watts gives a hell of a performance acting like both a bad and good actress. What is this movie about? I mean, it's about Hollywood but if you're looking for a deeper analysis than that I should let you know that I watched this some time ago and while I enjoyed the experience I can't claim everything fell into place or anything. I swear that my thoughts are much more coherent on other Lynch movies but this one is in need of a rewatch. What'll I talk about tomorrow? Your guess is as good as mine. I'm winging it."
