Pretty Woman

"I owned this on VHS after I saw it in the theater. Back when I loved anything Julia Roberts, this was great. Sure she plays a hooker who "mutually" rescues a billionaire so it's two people finding one another in an unfair world but this hasn't aged very well due to some elements. This was supposed to be a much darker movie but morphed into this. I enjoy Richard Gere's subtle portrayal of Edward. This has a lot of warm moments. It is a Garry Marshall film, after all. I've seen it probably 200 times. We didn't have cable and at the time and it was one of the view video tapes I owned. Watch it without picking it apart and you might just love it. Recommended. "

"I finally decide to watch this movie and again I was surprised to have liked it so much. Vivian and Edward were both very entertaining. Especially Vivian she always made the scene a little better even in little ways. The supporting cast also had their moments and I found my myself liking them quite a lot as well. I lived how it showed you both their sides. Really enjoyed this."

It has some sexy moments and some more grown-up themes, so not a good kid's movie for sure, but otherwise it's #sweet and #cute. (Also the iconic song!)"
