Brooke O’Connor

I have to admit, at first, I didn’t especially like the grumpy protagonist, Helen. But as I read my way through the story, and grew into finding joy as she did, I found myself loving her and her story. It’s a romance, and a little predictable, but the good kind of predictable. A cozy read that will remind you to find joy where you can, and appreciate what you have.

Absolutely loved this book!
