If you want a new twist to an old bedtime story then read Gilded. It was a great story that had me engulfed in the world and the people in it. The only issue I had with it was....the ending. No spoilers here, the climax of the story hits just before the end. If you could call it an end, it gives me a hope for a second book but I would have liked a full ending since I was thought I was just a one off read. But that was my only issue the rest of the book was awesome and would recommend reading!

I really enjoyed this book, it kept me guessing and I was not able to figure out what happened next. It has lingered in my mind for the past week or so, just thinking about little parts in the book. As much as I'd like to say it is a romance, it is not. If you get the chance definitely give it a read it is quick and not hard to get through at all.

It was really cute and funny, although predictable at times but predictable in good way. I didn't feel like I've read or seen this love story a thousand times. Highly recommend if you want an uplifting happy/real read.
