Suuuuuch a cute look into puberty and the horrible awkward time that is middle school. Seeing Mei and her friends be undeniably themselves at that age helped heal some inner part of me that still cringes at my middle school self. Let these girls be girls! Let them fantasize about boys! Let them draw their fanart! Let young girls live!!!

This is my new favorite show in the history of television. An incredible cast of characters, entertaining episodic and seasonal arcs, and one of the most wholesome and romantic pairings I’ve ever seen on television. I’m begging everybody to watch this show all the way through if you enjoy self-care and want a hearty laugh with a dash of great storytelling angst and drama. 100/10, cannot recommend enough
