A wonderful book that takes its time to really let you understand each character. The mystery is a slow burn, and introduces pieces of it right from the start. The writing is very different from what I’m used to. The short, syncopated paragraphs and chapters surprisingly help get a point across better than what could be done with just description. Truly a fantastic read.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve finished the book, and it has left such an impression on me. It’s so well put together that it’s hard to really talk about the book without feeling like you’re spoiling it. Every moment is gripping and had me glued to it. Absolutely fantastic novel.
