There were twists and turns and a bit messed up. Trigger warning as there is mention of harm to children. I really enjoyed it….I’ve got questions though….there needs to be a part deuce if you ask me.

I felt her experiences as if they were my own. Not saying she speaks for everyone, but I didn’t think anyone could really grasp how out of place one could be in modern American society…chasing a dream.

Interesting read. I definitely took this one to heart….seemed more non-fiction as a first gen woman of color than anything. I’m happy it was written. It just kept coming with truths.
