This book takes an inspiring dive into the mental world of athletics and physical performance. The phycology of pushing your physical perceived limits is discussed in awesome stories and scientific explanations. An amazing read for any athlete or person pushing their limits.

It was a very interesting take on the world banking systems, global elite, and control/abuse of power. It took on all these concepts from a metaphysical perspective. Very interesting
