"Just got done and everything goes down season 2. The story was interesting especially towards the end. The ending just caught me off guard but it was what I was already hoping for. It’s a good watch and it reminded me of shows I already watched before like miraculous ladybug, and voice acting almost like ouran high school (only bc they had dub on prime)."

"A clever fairytale with a strong emphasis on meta-narrative. Duck, Mytho, Rue and Fakir all have a more complex characterization than what initially is on the surface and their character development is really quite special. Duck's story in particular never fails to make me weep at the end. Not to mention that the soundtrack is full of classical ballet music which is a delight to listen to and experience as the titular Princess Tutu dances across the screen. My favorite anime."

"This show definitely hurt emotionally. It really had a lot of depth and lots of representations of real emotions and grief, as well as so many different perspectives on what love is and what we're expecting from it. It was very funny and happy at times but it also made me really sad and questioning my thoughts. Although I can't say I loved the ending of the show when I fist watched it, everything was done so beautifully and so interconnected, I realized it really couldn't have been done any other way and still held the same impact that it did. This show really is like the last hug from a dear friend before they leave, so bittersweet. If you are even slightly interested in watching it, even just a sliver of curiosity, absolutely watch it, it's definitely going to impress and do so much more the less you know going into it. Everything you'd think it is, it isn't. Definitely my new favorite anime and I think about it a lot."

"This is one that I do feel people know, but it's usually brought up as an afterthought when people talk about magical girl anime. If you like ballet, fairy tales, and twisty plotlines, you should watch this one. It's truly beautiful and as you become acclimated to the bizarre world you really feel a part of it. One of my top ten!"
