He calls out BS when and where he sees it, stands behind his fellow deputies, and constantly fights the bureaucracy that's aiming to replace him.

"Fox is become the go-to for 90's popcorn flick tv viewing. This show seems to be no different. Honestly really looking forward to a Deputy/9-1-1 crossover episode.
Maybe it will change in the future but so far it's a fun show to watch but doesn't appear to be Emmy worthy. Not a bad thing, just the direction Fox is going. "
