"This is a "good" book. [I listened to the audiobook cause I knew it would be hard for me to get through otherwise.] Everything that is said makes sense, but after trying out different strategies he mentioned (I read this maybe a year ago), I find that it's not as black and white as I had thought itd be. I expected to apply his advice and BAM new good habits would take, and I did have some last a month but as always I'd lose them. Finally, after many failed attempts I got one to stick. So I guess the book works, but you have to find the right strategy to go with your habit, or at least I did."
"Great book! So helpful and the links they mentioned every time were perfect if you don’t read the book or if you want to go more into depth with the steps the author talked about in each chapter. "

"I read this book because a friend recommended it. It has got a lot of hype. I find this book difficult to review...it has good intentions and the concept is great but it’s elementary for anyone with experience reading behavioral psychology or followed the work of people like Benjamin Hardy. I would recommend it to anyone who has never touched on the topic of habits, willpower, environment but if you have, there is nothing new. Great for novices, which is important. "
"I'm not very familiar with self-help books but I enjoyed the level of understanding I got from this one. Some things are, yes, quite obvious but dealing with them is a whole other matter. James puts things into perspective. I thought the book was inspiring and it made me want to start these steps he suggested right away. I also appreciated the Author refreshing his points at the end of each chapter because as we know repetition is everything. "
"Great guide to helping you change your mindset and being a better version of yourself"
