"Idk why Ted Bundy is such a interesting serial Killer but he is. Good movie if you like serial killers or Ted Bundy"

"A unique serial killer drama, this film analyzes the inner workings of Ted Bundy's personal life after he was apprehended. I found it unique and meaningful that the story focuses on the punishment of Bundy instead of on how he perpetrated his crimes, because no killer deserves infamy and movies all too often glorify real life violence. Instead, the film is centralized on Bundy's long-time girlfriend and her experiences with guilt, shame, and self doubt after he was apprehended. I thought this was a unique perspective, but not all true-crime lovers may enjoy that approach. Overall, I thought this film did a fair job of representing the characters involved, including Bundy (a sociopathic liar that repeatedly evaded justice because of his "handsome and charming" demeanor). This movie represents rape culture very well and is definitely food for thought."
"Another haunting and dramatic account of a disturbing true crime. As the title suggests, “wicked, evil and vile”, are pretty accurate descriptions here. Zac Efron stars as convicted serial killer Ted Bundy, the charming and charismatic sociopath who confessed to killing at least 30 women in the 1970’s and who was later executed in Florida in 1989. Zac Efron is so convincing, I actually questioned whether or not he really did it, as Ted kept denying it. This is well-done, if not a little over-dramatized at times, and definitely maintains your interest all throughout. Great cast…John Malkovich, Jim Parsons, Jeffrey Donovan, even James Hetfield of Metallica in a minor role. I had read The Stranger Beside me by Bundy’s good friend, true crime writer Ann Rule. It was fascinating, though extremely sad that anyone could commit such heinous acts. This has been out for a while, but after watching Monster The Jeffrey Dahmer story around the same time, it took me while to get around to this. On Netflix."
