"Ferocious!! Anxiety-Inducing, 😰 and, HOLY COW, definitely “different.”😧 I stayed completely glued to this #intense, super #hostile 😬 #erotic #thriller‼️ — That first passionate love-making scene 🎬 in the beginning was a little TMI, tho 🤭🙈 (Although it did help validate their deep, intense love for one another). Emily & Luke are a newly engaged couple who are both equally ambitious financial analysts working for the same firm. When their boss sees that SHE has true talent & the skills that could really make their firm a huge success, he promotes her over HIM. Tension between the couple slowly unfolds, gathers steam, then absolutely erupts🌋 and turns #malicious… Oddly enough, after the eruption, the movie pretty much ends right after that 😂…but the ending was actually perfect & by then I was so “worked up,” I was glad it ended, lol 😥😅 This was an interesting study in #gender and #power and #money (or the gender pay gap & equal representation in the work place), and on the power dynamics within a #relationship. The acting was super-charged!!⚡️💥Bravo! 👏🏽👏🏽 "

They could have just left it at he’s leaving. And they were both at fault throughout the whole story. And they both have lost all self respect. Who would work for a job or an employer like that no matter how good the money is?!"

"It was different, a movie about a couple that worked for a firm, but what happens when at first the promotion was going to him but goes to the girlfriend? If he was getting it, it was because he deserved it but his girlfriend only got it because she was sleeping around? A lot of insecurities from both parties and ego on his part. He tried to sabotage her career and he tried to dominate her but was not able to. For me a movie to see only once."
