"Teenager Saffyre Maddox goes missing and Owen Pick , the towns weirdo is arrested; accused of kidnaping her. The story goes back and forth between characters Owen, his neighbors Roan and Cate and Teenager Saffyre Maddox while the disappearance is being investigated. A very dark and twisted plot, keeps you wanting to get to the bottom of the whole crime with each page. Disturbing bits throughout and really gets inside each characters head. Some potential trigger warnings here: Rape, Abuse, self harm, infidelity. Overall great read."
"She's an amazing author. "
