Tarryn Fisher
#1 New York Times bestselling author of Hopeless joins forces with the New York Times bestselling author of Mud Vein. Together, they have created a gripping, romantic tale unlike any other. "How odd to be made of flesh, balanced on bone, and filled with a soul you've never met." Charlize Wynwood and Silas Nash have been best friends since they could walk. They've been in love since the age of fourteen. But as of this morning...they are complete strangers. Their first kiss, their first fight, the moment they fell in love...every memory has vanished. "I don't care what our real first kiss was," he says. "That's the one I want to remember." Charlize and Silas must work together to uncover the truth about what happened to them and why. But the more they learn about the couple they used to be...the more they question why they were ever together to begin with."I want to remember what it feels like to love someone like that. And not just anyone. I want to know what it feels like to love Charlie." Never Never: A Novella Series, Part One. "Twisted, sickly wicked, yet warming with a deep-layered love story. Tarryn and Colleen combine their forces for good. Alone they are talented. Together this epic duo is unstoppable." ~Pam, The Book Avenue.

"The story starts out strong but has such a weak ending. So many things left unanswered. "

"This book was different, but still very good. Quick read, kept me interested with no lull. Sweet ending and I enjoyed it - also enjoyed the styles of the different authors. "

"I just finished the complete series novel that came out early March 2023. I loved the story and thought it was a great read but was disappointed at the final reveal. I feel like soul mates should have been mentioned more throughout the book if that was the key to fixing everything. I was also left with a lot of *what about that* thoughts. Like why was she always hungry. Why was there never an explanation on the dirt and mud. Why did she switch from diet to regular. And the we gloss over the part that she was held captive and drugged?!?! I think the authors wrote a great story but I think subjects and nuances get glossed over when collaborations happen. They had all these thoughts that could have really tied things together for a more fulfilling ending. It was as if they were like oh **** we need an ending...oh love! I really did enjoy the story and the road to get to the end just wish it was captivating as the journey. Worth read if your aren't distracted by the red herrings."

"This book had so much potential! So many things went unexplained. The tarot card reader and Shrimp locking Charlie in a room for days to “sober up”. Ummm what? They could have developed the other plot lines more than Silas/Charlie. Was hoping for a twist that never came. Like maybe Charlie’s dad was innocent? Maybe they had a spell placed on them? Nothing."
