"This series is middle grade level (which just makes it an easy read), and it’s part of a GREAT long series (will be 10.5 books total). This series is filled with betrayals, violence, rebellion, uprooting and readjustment, and a little bit of romance (it’s a bit later in the series, but it’s there). There is stuff similar to powers, and a whole new world within our own. The books can get long, but it’s a TRULY great series. If you do decide to pick it up, it’s very much worth it!!"
