Austin said I can understand the significance of the film and why it is revered by so many. It’s a film that people who appreciate westerns and grew up with them will enjoy. Sergio Leone’s style is undeniably unique and appreciated. However for someone watching it for the 1st time in 2020 I can’t say I loved it. Music was fantastic but plot holes and dull moments take up much of the film. 6️⃣3️⃣

Austin said A love story the expresses the beuty and ugliness that comes from relationships and “love”. This is not a love story that makes you feel good. It’s real, heart wrenching, and unfortunately the love story for far too many. Acting was superb, especially Ryan Gosling. Enjoyed the constant blue aesthetic. 7️⃣4️⃣

Austin said While the political nature of the film may turn some people off, this is undoubtedly a story worth telling and one that disturbingly took place not so long ago. Although there were some very strong impactful scenes, I left feeling like there could have been more. Michael B Jordan’s character could have used some more depth. Overall it’s a film that brings to light many issues that are still present in today’s society and will garner a strong reaction from both sides of the spectrum. 6️⃣0️⃣

Austin said This fast paced drama is very interesting and has enough twist and turns to keep you on edge. The background dealings of Washington is truly a fascinating thing to watch. The high energy can sometimes even be overwhelming and feel unrealistic. 6️⃣6️⃣

Austin said Call me crazy but this film just gets to me. It’s one of the few films that makes me cry every time I watch. I know that sounds crazy. But I do think the message of this movie is so important and the film goes to great links to get it across. Sure, some of the jokes don’t land. But It’s a creative, memorable, and weirdly emotional ride, that for some reason I just love. 8️⃣5️⃣

Austin said Definitely not what I thought it would be. Way better. This film relays the important message of what the legendary show and man lived to tell. It’s crazy how little we know about our emotions and feelings or how to deal with them. I love how the film shows how the lessons from the “children’s” show is even more relevent and needed for adults. They showed the brilance and importance of this man through a creative and endearing way. 8️⃣6️⃣

Austin said Cute and light film with clever dialogue. The story has zero direction or purpose. Take the movie for what it is; a light teenage comedy that brings you back to the 90’s with absolutely zero effort involved. While the story may not, Alicia Silverstone does a good job of keeping your attention. 4️⃣5️⃣

Austin said It’s taken me a while to see this film, but I finally get what all the hype is about. Truly a film that has it all. Great acting, A+ characterization, emotional, and even a glimpse of humor. It also gives us a glimpse of life in the 60’s from a unique and powerful perspective. There were a few overdramatized scenes. All in all great film. 9️⃣0️⃣
