"I've been morbidly curious about this movie since I was a kid. I'd heard how bad it was and all the reviews were correct. For a movie about street fighting several of the characters barely throw a punch or kick. This is a case where they tried too hard to force the character nods and in many cases the plot suffered. I would have appreciated seeing more actual fighting and less military hoopla. I pictured more Bloodsport, but with Street Fighter characters. My favorite review went something like "You'd be hard pressed to pick a worse movie grabbing at random through a Blockbuster Video while blindfolded, even if you accidentally reached into the trash!"
