"I was looking for this last movie of the trilogy to be the superhero battle to end all battles. But it wasn't. Instead, it was a slow paced, at times boring conclusion to what started out as a good action animated journey through time. The story ends as the heroes and villains are forced to unite and figure out the real threat to all their universes. There are pockets of action and some suspense. There is also the somber tone that seems to be felt by all the voice artists in their performances, as this was one of Kevin Conroy's last movies as the animated Batman. "

"A lot of fantastic concepts and incorporated comic books lore and ideas in this movie. Unfortunately, a lot of it was not well played out and the movie lacked depth and heart. There was no lead up to the ending and the ending was very unsatisfying"
