"For years all I've seen of this movie was John Wayne Chasing his wife through town to her own embarrassment. That scene is a good depiction of this movie. I do like the respect of the native Americans that John Waynes character shows and the story between the Native American group and their conflict with the government. I also enjoyed seeing Jerry VanDyke (tv show Coach) in this comedic part. I don't like the men spanking their women with a shovel. Ya the girls were being a bit stupid but life tends to spank them enough. But in this movie it comes off funny. I enjoyed the women getting justice done on their entitled actions by being spanked but I was conflicted. "
