"I am having mixed emotions about my review. Charlie Chaplin was obviously attempting dark comedy with film. While there are certainly elements of that here, the pace overall is 🦥 slow, and meandering. I believe an artist should stretch out of his comfort zone, but this feels too far of a stretch. Of course, I will always admire Chaplin's artistry, and his musical compositions for his films should get more praise."
