"Lowkey a Kids Robocop. Yes I’m nostalgic for this, I don’t care what critics say. Dr. Claw getting hit with a 🎳, Gadget getting the ‘operation’ and subsequently using his powers by accident, Chris Rock as the The Gadgetmobile (highlight), when Penny and Brain watched Gadget wake up after having his special chip removed, and when he said “Go-Go gadget Helicopter Hat!” So many good moments in this movie. Yea it’s corny, yes it’s campy, yes it’s a product of its time(all the cop movies around the time) but despite that it works as a story and I love it. "

"It does a lot of cliches and the acting can go a bit overboard but it's still a fun story. You'll actually enjoy it. It can be stupid at times but the characters redeem a lot of it. I like the relationships they all have. Even the romance is awkward yet cute to watch. I think the guy is a great inspector gadget too. I never watched the TV show I just watched this and I like it. I even enjoy how his niece handles things. That was creative and cool too. I mean the show is definitely out there but what isn't half the time. Even the villian is deranged yet good. Plus, the climax really sticks with you. "
