"3.5/5*s (Rounding up to 4 stars for visibility.) It was ok. My daughter tried to watch it recently and quit because it was too boring for her. I have a lot more patience for slower moving shows and movies, but even I didn't get much out of this one. It could very well be because I don't like Julia Roberts. She's always rubbed me the wrong way since I first saw her in Satisfaction and I don't really get her appeal. This movie wasn't horrible by any means. It just wasn't for me even though I quite liked other movies it reminds me of such as Under The Tuscan Sun and PS I Love You. It's basically just another movie about a woman finding herself after the end of a marriage. Maybe this was just one too many for me. I did like the rest of the cast a lot. I think this is a good movie for people who like movies like the other two I mentioned AND like Julia Roberts. You'll probably get more out of it than me. "

But it was hard to empathize with the main character, especially when she is complaining to people who have real problems, and she was just dissatisfied with the choices that she had made in her own life.
