"A pretty good drama about 2 brothers down on their luck and the adversities that they face to try and make their way to their dreams. Has a slightly raw, gritty feel and was acted well by all involved, but I feel an opportunity was missed in making this one something special by delving deeper into the script to make the consequences that they face more dire. But overall, not bad. I give it 6.5/10."
"It’s a really good movie sacrifice, brotherhood, and the price of success. "

"Hunnam takes on certain characteristics he doesn’t often play, and he’s completely believable as a complicated slimeball with a heart of brass. The screenwriters gave O’Connell’s character a depth and story arc that he jogs with, consistently, throughout the film. And while Charlie always has my eye when he’s on screen, Jack did, at times, invite an occasional glance. "

"Truly one of the most compelling films I've ever seen. The cinematography is incredible and casting is spot-on. It handles situations in a very raw and realistic way with no bells or whistles, which is a difficult element to carry out successfully. I haven't been able to stop telling people about it since I saw it."
