"Redline is an animated movie of the ages. The animation in this movie should go down in history as some of the best work to date. Redline is an artistic masterpiece! Watching this movie makes you wonder why studios ever gave up the 90s style of animation. The plot is the weak point in this movie. There is a plot, and I love how expansive they were able to write the universe and its characters, but it just felt underdeveloped. This movie felt like they threw a bunch of different plotlines at the wall hoping it would be forgiven for the experience that was the animation, and it was. Don't get me wrong; I absolutely adore this movie. I just wish they would have put more time into making sure the story was as good as it could have been. The writers could have benefited from adding a couple of scenes at the end to close off the plotlines and by including more exposition of the characters' interrelations. All in all, Redline is a great movie, and I am glad I got to experience it. We need more movies like this today. The love that the creators had for this movie could be felt in every scene. 7.75/10"
