When rogue stealth-fighter pilot Vic Deakins deliberately drops off the radar while on maneuvers, the Air Force ends up with two stolen nuclear warheads -- and Deakins's co-pilot, Riley Hale, is the military's only hope for getting them back. Traversing the deserted canyons of Utah, Hale teams with park ranger Terry Carmichael to put Deakins back in his box.

"Prepare to go ballistic with this rope-a-dope of mindless ‘90s action that pummels you with a few of John Woo’s signature akimbo shootouts and Mexican standoffs as well as Christian Slater’s feeble attempts at martial arts all while layered with that Travolta cool that would later pair nicely with Nic Cage. Not a dove to be found, though probably for the best with all the aircraft crashing and exploding throughout. Ah, 1996 was certainly a good year. “I say ******* what a rush!”"
