"I'm not sure how I'm feeling about the Jack Ryan franchise... On the one hand, they're well-plotted, and well-acted, but in the other... I dunno if they're for me. Maybe I'm just too used to James Bond... I think that this film has a ln improvement over The Hunt For Red October, I really enjoy Harrison Ford in this role, and his family are really good in this movie. However... Red October is so much better than this film overall. I like some of the action sequences, as they are tense... But this film was not very interesting or engaging for me... I liked it, but I'm not looking to re-visit anytime soon. 6.5/10"
