"A #FUN #TEENFLICK that would be great for a GIRLS’ MOVIE NIGHT 🎥 The young women & pranks in this are #wild, #uproarious & so RIDICULOUSLY over-the-top UNREALISTIC; the two lead female characters are pretty much a couple of #psychos or #sosiopathic #HEATHERS but ya just go with all the craziness for the sake of the #wacky & #campy #revenge story that this film is meant to be... It has #dark #twisty #humor & it’s full of #dirtydeeds & #badbehaviors reminiscent of #HEATHERS & #MEANGIRLS. The cute, #colorful outfits will remind you of the fun fashions in #CLUELESS💄😎 There are some good #bitchy lines & snappy comebacks 🙌🏽 ▪️Perhaps not as #humorous as the other mentioned movies, but still quite VISUALLY ENJOYABLE & it’s got some great #90smusic mixed in with some of the most perfectly apropos #current music 🎶 There’s good #LGBTQ representation with just the right amount of #queer and #feminist depiction. ▪️DON’T TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLY, and you just might ENJOY this contemporary flick that’s suitable for the #YA crowd and fun for adults too, IMO."

"I watched this one not really knowing anything about it beyond the description. It's a mixture of Clueless, Mean Girls, and Cruel Intentions but for this generation. It's not really funny but that is not to say it isn't interesting. The movie has a good flow to it and some unexpected twists in the storyline. I didn't really expect to like it because I definitely don't fit into the target demographic, but it was a quick, fun watch. 7/10"

"I wasn't sure if to watch this but I saw good things so I said yeah okay and I was incredibly surprised by how much I loved the movie! It almost felt like they were making fun of teen movies by simultaneously being one but doing it with intention. The soundtrack is also amazing with all girl artists which added to the movie's purpose. 100% recommend especially if you're skeptical ;)"

"Maybe it wasn't made for me bc I absolutely HATED this movie. Paused so many times from boredom. It was so utterly cringey. The Max character was acted pretty well but he did not fit the "popular guy" image in my opinion. Which was cool to see but not believable at all. Wannabe mean girls in 2022. Seems to be more for teenagers or something. Awful and just not redeemable. "

"“I’m a teenage girl. We’re all psychopaths.” This was a fun, spirited, utterly blinged out rager of a movie. It was about getting revenge on one’s enemies with a killer soundtrack. It was about finding it in ourselves to fight back and get justice. Going with gusto is the tune that this movie sings to. It just further emphasizes, as Olivia Rodrigo would aptly say, “god, it’s brutal out here.” Being a teen is, after all, an everything, colorful, emotional experience and so is being wronged. It charges these specific teens to go to great lengths of a brilliant, blazing magnitude capable of destroying anything in its path. “Don’t let the patriarchy hit you on the way out.” This movie was decidedly Thoroughbred’s tamer, less gruesome cousin as Drea and Eleanor team up to take down their sworn foes. It was a feel-good, empowerment, deliciously twisty thriller that had many fun scenes of cathartic release, including howl screams and singing at the top of the lungs to energizing music. “You are never more alive than when you’re 17 years old.” It is all worth it in the end the journey that Drea and Elenor go on to find that friends come into one’s life for a reason, season, or lifetime. This was delightedly punchy and the definition of a good time! I didn’t want to get off this rollercoaster for a second. "

"wow this movie was actually incredibly good. I had my doubts with Netflix at first, but they pulled through. All the actors in this movie were fantastic and the plot twists were so good. I really didn’t know how this was going to end, but I’m satisfied with how it rapped up. SO GOOD!!"
