"This movie exceeded every expectation I had. I wish more "kids" movies were made like this, where it's not just silly humor with a black and white message that they drill into your head. This told a story and the art was beautiful! Not cute, not bubbly, but BEAUTIFUL. I felt all the emotions with this one, including being scared a couple times hehe. Watch it with your family, watch it alone, but please give it a chance. I think everyone can find a way to relate to this and as such will also enjoy it (hopefully as much as me, but maybe not). Also, Lupita Nyong'o does the voice of the robot and I did not nor would I have ever recognized her voice. Such a good job! 11/10🐣🪿"
"Watched this with my brother lots of fun. The animation is quite good. Plus I love how dynamic everything is. The robot has so much movement and tech. Love how much chaos is happening. But that you can actually see it well. Lots of goofy, random, and dark moments.
Very cute movie loved the voice acting. Plus can be very wholesome. I honestly don’t know what I like more this or transformers.
The only complaint is the overly kid moments. Like especially the near the end.
It is c complaint because it feels so dumbed down the message anyways. I get kids may not understand a more developed message but I think it could have been done better.
I honestly had more fun with this than transformers mainly because I watched with my brother.
Still think I like them equally for now.
Loved the characters. Some of them I wish did more but it was fine.

"A profoundly moving film! This legit made me close to tear up. A beautiful film that uses the story of a robot interacting with the wild as a fable for humanity (both in terms of commentary on how we treat the environment as well as the human connection) and creating a found family along the way. A truly astounding multi-layered screenplay that touches on the heartstrings in a way that never feels contrived, along with beautiful animation and fantastic voice performances especially from Lupita Nyong’o as the titular robot (what a year for her between this and A QUIET PLACE: DAY ONE), Pedro Pascal as the red fox and Kit Connor as the goose. Easily one of the best films of the year (hard to see this moving out of the Top 10) and one of the best animated films to release in a long time (hope it wins the Oscar). Very highly recommended."

"This was a cutesy kids movie to watch.
I did like the art style they used for the animation and it makes me want to read the book it was based on.
The main actors I’m familiar with are Lupita N’yongo, Mark Hamill, Catherine O’Hara, and Pedro Pascal. They all did a great job voice acting.
Some of the dialogue I felt didn’t transition well or it was weird how the conversation flowed in some parts.
There was one scene where the music score played that pulled at my heartstrings as the robot tries to help her gosling fly. It sounded so majestic and beautiful, I loved that scene for it.
Overall, it’s not a bad movie, I’d watch it again."
"The Wild Robot is easily one of my favorite movies of 2024. The voice cast is outstanding, the animation totally fits the story, and the soundtrack soars. I also loved it as a book adaptation as well of Peter Brown's novel. I will absolutely need to read the sequel as soon as possible and hope we'll get to see The Wild Robot Escapes on the big screen one day. "
"the kind of movie that makes you believe in kindness again. the kind of movie that when you picture the writers room you want to hug every person in there. they use one of my favorite tropes of an unlikely hero coming into a new environment and completely changing everyone around them just by being themselves with the twist that the hero is learning what empathy and kindness actually is along the way. i just adore every piece of this. bawled my eyes out, naturally.
