Decent horror movie, with my only major complaint being how quickly some of the adults got on board with the idea of a supernatural force. However, I am willing to overlook that entirely for the very pleasant surprise of the plot being actually autism-friendly! There was no implication that AAC is a “bad” or “lesser” form of communication, stims were explained and encouraged, and negative attitudes toward autism were not painted as acceptable. Refreshing and entertaining!
