Definitely did not know what to expect. But was pleasantly surprised with the awesome cinematography, colorful character, surprising plots twists, and delicious slo-mo tension scenes with carefully crafted soundtracks. Felt like I'd just gotten off a wild roller coaster ride. Chris Hemsworth definitely pulled off a charismatic but manipulative cult leader, and Dakota Johnson was notable as a protective sister. Jeff Bridges had one of the best performance along with Cynthia Ervio.
