One of my all-time favorite movies EVER... it is a bit long, but I relish each sequence, honestly... the cinematography and visual elements of setting, costume, hair, make-up, & props --they all just BLEED with natural style and beauty (including when flaws, asymmetry, violence, mourning, darkness, dirtiness, & other unsavory elements translate into beauty as well). The writing, acting, fight choreography & direction also resonate with cohesive style and emotional power. Magnificent!

Incredibly thought-provoking & critical information, presented in an accessible way. Very eye-opening, especially for anyone out there who often wonders: "Just what do folks mean, when they use the term 'prison-indistrial-complex?'"
