⭐️⭐️⭐️ The book had some really cute and funny moments in it but as I got towards the end I kinda felt disappointed. I’ve been doing stuff after reading the end and have just felt like the story could’ve given more in the end. I will read the kiss curse cause I loved Gwen in this book, and excited for more of her story

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoyed this book for some parts and it made me excited for witchlore. Emerson made me very annoyed sometimes but her character development in the end gave her some redeeming qualities. The book ended on a cliff hanger and since I’m excited to see what happens next and want to read about it that’s why I gave it 4 stars. I wouldn’t label this book as a romance book, it’s a love story for ones self and their chosen family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t think I’ve ever cried to much reading a book. The author talked about death so beautifully and the love story that I got to read throughout the book was one I didn’t want to end.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very entertaining and knowledgeable read. I kept wanting to learn more and laughed along the way. The perfect way I want to learn about history. She also highlights women you may have never heard of and the importance of women and alcohol in world history.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finished this book in about 2-3 days (only because I had to sleep a little bit lol) I really enjoyed it. I might’ve enjoyed the first one a little bit more only because I love Zhara so much. I really loved Iris though, she’s a girl boss and when she had enough since she knows her worth. It’s an interesting trope that I wouldn’t usually think to pull but I enjoyed the first book of the series I had to pull this one. Definitely recommend this series and I can’t wait for the 3rd book.
