"One of the nicest elements of this show is how measured, present and tactful the head chef is. He doesn't call contestants names or waste time shaming them in front of their peers. This sets the tone for everyone to put on their least ugly face. Aside from that, Chef's work is beautiful. I've yet to finish the show; but, here's a kicker: 3 episodes in and the bottom contestants are given private lessons without being sent home. How lovely is that. Give this one a little of your time.
