"One of the most magical and best mini-series ever. With pretty decent cgi for a made for tv mini-series. Sam Neill shines as Merlin as well."

"The acting was so bad. It was like a rich toddler made it. It made me almost chuckle a few times. What was up with Mag's voice? She sounded like she needed some cough medicine. We couldn't even finish the first episode. The episode is 1.5 hours long. We got more than halfway and said enough was enough. "

"If this had come out 15 years later, fanfic writers would have shipped Helena Bonham Carter’s character and David Spade’s elf character so hard."

"I remember watching this growing up. I was obsessed. While it is a bit outdated now, it’s still an incredible watch. Definitely satisfies the need for fantasy, romance, drama, and action all rolled into one big medieval ball. "
