This isn’t your average sports anime, it’s more like trauma with a side of tennis. It unfortunately is left on a cliff hanger as the creator isn’t able to get a season 2 right now, but it is said that they hope to continue in the future! So maybe if it gets more popular the story will continue!!!"

And I mean that literally, the show creator wanted to make 24 episodes but the production company cut his episodes in half and instead of accommodating by changing 4he story they literally only did half the story, and didn't tell any of the fans til after the last episode was released that it was incomplete."

aylan shared a tip "This has become a comfort anime for me. Yes it's a sports anime but it's about so much more than soft tennis. It tells of friendship and overcoming many different aspects of home life including abuse, abandonment, adoption, queer self discovery, PTSD, manipulation, and so much more. It is, however, an incomplete story that might not ever be finished. Even so, it quickly became one of my all time favorites."

It’s truly amazing and underrated, and there is also lgbtq+ representation! The only downside is that it is left on a cliffhanger and there are no plans for another season or any manga, regardless, it is one of my all time favorites!
