"I don't know how accurate the portrayal of aviator and inventor Howard Hughes is in this film. That is always the case with biographies. But the acting is brilliant. Leonardo DiCaprio, Cage Blanchett, and Alan Alda were excellent in their respective roles, and the storytelling was incredible. But it was heartbreaking watching Hughes life unfold into increasing debilitating illness. I have only watched this film a couple of times since it was released in theaters because it is so profoundly emotional and tremendously sad. It is a wonderful film, but it is certainly an emotional rollercoaster."
"Actually Leo DiCaprio won a golden globe for his performance as Howard Hughes. He was very good."

"This very cool true story of eccentric billionaire Howard Hughes is a must-see, even if you don't know or care about this man is any way lol. Good GOD this was so awesome. I mean it wasn't a massive shock since Leo is in it, but I will say it was a little bit of a surprise since this insanely boring movie cover isn't doing them any favors. Turns out it's an *excellent* biopic. One of my absolute favorites. 👍"
