"Such a blast! Lee Isaac Chung’s familiarity and personal connection to Tornado Alley is felt throughout the film. Glen Powell’s character and his gang offer the second most accurate depiction of YouTuber/streaming culture I’ve seen in a movie behind We’re All Going to the World’s Fair. Thank god we’re finally getting directors that understand what these online communities are like and can capture them in a way that is somewhat accurate.
Some dialogue felt stiff and unnatural and I think a bit more could’ve been done with the sound design to capture the magnitude of the twisters, but aside from that, this movie was great. It’s been a while since we’ve got a new disaster movie that lives up to the pure joy I had while watching Moonfall. "
"I had to see this at the drive in theater because if you have seen the first one the orginal one you can understand why. This movie was totally giving what it need to give especially if you are a fan of the first one and instead of being a remake it had its own unique story it just missing more of the romance tension element but still didn't stop me from finding glen Powell as absolutely irresistible "
"Boooooooooooooooooooring. Absolutely did not need to be 2 hours long. And it was budget acting. "

"This is a really satisfying film! Very entertaining with just enough of an emotional hook to keep the viewer invested throughout (aided by the steady hand of the director Lee Isaac Chung of MINARI fame). Strong performances (particularly from Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell (who really is proving to be a worthy successor to Matthew McConaughey in terms of star power, screen presence. and charm)), paired with stellar VFX (deserves an Oscar nom here IMO), score, and sound work. Another case of a legacy sequel done right like TOP GUN: MAVERICK, and a worthy sequel to the original film TWISTER. Speaking of which, it is poetic that one of the co-writers of this film (Joseph Kosinski) was the director of TOP GUN: MAVERICK as well (which Glen Powell also appeared in). This is a film worth watching in the theatres for sure!"
