"The way this series ended couldn't have been better. I love the way C.S. Lewis incorporates biblical content. A little harder to stay engaged as I'm not in the targeted age range, but perfect for kids of many ages! "

"This has always been my least favorite book in the series, but I still enjoyed it. It's a bit of a slow start, but it's worth pushing through. The ending is both sweet and sad, and though I know some people dislike it, I believe it was necessary, and I honestly couldn't imagine a different ending for this series. I loved getting to see all of the beloved characters from the previous books, and I always tear up seeing everyone reunited. This book is well written and touching, and I definitely don't regret rereading it! I 100% recommend checking out this incredible series!"

"The ending threw me into a deep depression for 4 days, no book series will ever build you up and break you like this one."

"This might be my favorite book of the series. I could not have asked for a better ending with everyone reunited. However, the twist on the very last page threw me off. I definitely wasn't expecting that at all. But I really did enjoy this book- after the first few chapters."

"Idk what crawled up CS Lewis' rear end and died between the previous book and this one, but oof"

"I don't know why I listened to this series. #1 felt too kidsy to start w and I'm sick to death of #2, so I jumped in w #3 and didn't stop. They require an awful lot of mental gymnastics for me to feel enthusiastic about. I'm not the intended audience anyway. Maybe it's the audiobook but I feel like these *scream* bedtime story. If there were a story like it that isn't problematic, nor explicitly christian, I'd love to introduce that to a kid instead."
