"This book started out ok in the first chapter, but there didn’t seem to be any concept of “show, don’t tell” and a lot of the book was information given too soon, too early, too much or too little. It was like an unedited first draft. It wasn’t engaging."

"Here’s a very spicy trilogy if you like very spicy books. 🌶🌶🌶 I just suggested this book like 5 times, lol 😂 It’s full of magic, dark magic, nice and not so nice monsters/magical creatures, and love. "

"This book was initially slow to get into, but after listening during a long car ride I was hooked. The world building didn’t seem as natural as Sarah J Maas’s Crescent City series and the relationship of the main characters seemed to progress too quickly. But I liked the concept of the different beasts and the three “brothers”, and Ill be reading the next one!"

"TBH I gave up after the first book. The spice was nice but the immortal prince that thinks and behaves like an emotional 12yo girl was just too damn annoying. I think the book would have been better without his 1st person narrative"

"I just started getting back into reading again so this was the perfect book. Not too crazy with the plot twists, but a captivating story to follow. It does have detailed spice in some parts of the book, so if that’s not your thing, then don’t read this book. "
