"I LOVED the metal health representation in this story! Alice Oseman always gives a voice to many communities, each of her stories something that many can relate to. This book was so realistic with such good characters, conflicts, and pacing. This is one of the first times I have felt truly heard whilst reading a book. I understand what it feels like to be in an environment you may not be happy in. I understand what it’s like to have anxiety. That’s what makes this book beautiful—understanding. ❤️"

"I LOVE THIS BOOK SO MUCH. I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE IT. As someone who has to deal with terribly serious paranoia, Jimmy (one of the main characters) is one of the most amazing characters that represent people like me. This also inspired me to find something to put my faith in and actually have something to hang on to, and I am now a proud Wiccan. Also, I know this book has very odd reviews such as like it not being Alice's best books, but I genuinely had a personal connection with this book because of the amount of relatability that came along with it. A 10/10 for me and I recommend for people who enjoy drama!"
