I realize that throughout the story Marin talks about what great friends they are but this is only portrayed for a page or two at the beginning of the book. This is also one of those books where you stare creepily at its gorgeous cover, guilty as charged! 😅"

I think it really is a heartbreaking story of mental illness through and through and I'd definitely recommend it ! the only thing I didn't love was that it seemed to wrap up so quickly at the end, I would've loved to see the ending with ana and javier flushed out a lil bit more haha but I'd give it a solid 9/10 !!"

Broke down during a group discussion. The emotion is so raw and stakes a knife through your heart. Just do it. Read it. We can cry together later."

As far as sapphic relationships go, there isn’t one happening in the present but during flashbacks you see the two characters when they were dating. The main character is a lesbian and I think the main supporting character is bisexual but I’m not 100% sure. We are okay tore me apart and I would recommend it to literally everyone. #lgbt #yabooks"

This book takes you through your innocent days where everything wasn’t perfect but still felt like a dream. This book walks you through growing up and the longing to belong to someone and something and then to be loved and wanted.This book was a beautiful experience to live through and to be with."

I saw the parts of my that were longing to belong to someone and something, i saw the little girl in me who never wanted things to change but to stay fun and innocent. I saw the broken and and alone child who was scared of being alone. But as you continue reading you find hope,peace, and love. I adore this book#lgbt #"
