"Kind of an awkward story to read, but interesting enough to keep going. The twists did surprise me, and the characters got more likable as the story progressed and they grew as people. The whole topic of an man in education preying on the students, was off-putting… especially since it was all alleged and seemed to be totally made up, creating this side of Tom that you question and hate for what turns to be no reason. "
"I am between 3-4 stars on this. I think I’d probably go a solid 3.5. This wasn’t a bad story but it took some time to really get into. This was my kindle book for reading on the go. It wasn’t gripping enough to continue reading until closer to the end.
I’m still not understanding the infatuation factor between the lead male character and all the female characters. Also I was able to narrow down the killer in the last 1/3 of the book. Was it bad, no. Was it great? Also no. Good read but maybe by British standards it was more exciting? I would read this author again"
"Great read I think I found one of my favorite authors "

"My first Lisa Jewell books and was one of my top 5 of 2020. Just when I thought I knew what was going on here in Watching You, I was proven wrong. This book is so atmospheric and twisty and I loved every minute of it. I can’t wait to read more books by her. "
