"I loved this book! Taylor Jenkins Reid does an amazing job creating depth to characters and scenery. The two time periods that occur in the book tie together so well. Often I find time jumps frustrating as one is often more exciting that the other but that is not the case with this book. Loved the themes of found family and self discovery! I found this book entertaining from beginning to end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 "
"I loved this book. TJR never misses. I loved hearing about the Riva children’s childhood and even though they are fictional characters wished so much for them to have been dealt a better hand. The book wraps up so nicely. I wish I had a glimpse years into their future so I could see how things unravel a little more. "
"I love this story from the heartbreak to triumph, sadness to happiness, and the overall familiar nature of family and summer. Also, Taylor Jenkins Reid is just a really great author."
"Good, fun summer read "
"My expectations were high for this book because I absolutely love the Seven husband of Evelyn's Hugo and Daisy jones and the six they're definitely 10/10's for me they are my all time favorites but this one fell a bit flat but overall the summer vibe was great and I loved the main characters it just felt a bit rushed at the end and I wanted more for the end the summer atmosphere made it a great read for the summer "
