jace my group is set up a little different than others. for us, we do readathons rather than monthly books because sometimes the monthly books get to be too much for everyone. with the readathons, we do any genre of books as long as it’s centered around a theme. for the winter readathon, we had some different genres but all the books were winter themed. the readathon books are voted on by everyone in the group and are chosen as long as they won the vote and fit the criteria for the readathon. hope this helps!
