"Sometimes the simplest things can have the biggest impact. The simplest gesture, advice, act of listening, and in this case person. This film is extremely slow but as it picks up you realize the hidden meanings behind its protagonist. Not the most exciting films, but one that will definitely give you things to ponder about once it’s over. Life is all about perception. 65"
"This film heavily influenced Forest Gump. Influence this side of straight up plagiarism.
This film aspires to be a message movie. But, with this central purpose it utterly fails. For a message movie, it needs to be applicable to the real world. But, in this movie the main characters surrounding our protagonist and the situations he finds himself in are totally devoid from reality. So I kind of checked out. It left with me a sense of undeserved smugness.
And, if that's not enough, it's mawkish all to hell."

"This is my family’s all time favorite movie. There will never be another Peter Sellers. Brilliant! Every single moment is perfection. "

"Really enjoyed the roll Peter played in this. So innocent."
