A Nightmare on Elm Street

"What a silly direction to take A Nightmare on Elm Street..I don’t think anyone actually wanted this series to be a serious horror movie specially with its reputation in the horror sphere. I mean I guess you could but why make it so boring! They could of done so much with a serious Elm Street there’s a lot of molding room but I feel as if they went to safest route which is a shame and now the series is dead in the water. "

"I don’t hate this, even though there’s haters. It’s atmospheric with a good cast. The two leads haunted by Freddy are especially good. While Jackie Earl Hayley isn’t horrible as Freddy like some say. He is a no nonsense Freddy. I don’t hate his makeup like some, either. What I don’t like is the cheap “back for one more scare ending.” I mean there’s no real need for Freddy to come back after being killed in the real world either. Plus the end is just stupid too."
