"3.5/5*s If you've seen one, you've seen them all. Nothing happened that I didn't expect to happen. I knew which order people would die in. I knew the very last scene and image would happen. Originality is hard to find these days. But regardless of all that, it was a pretty solid horror movie. I personally wouldn't call it horror but that's what it is. Enjoyed it enough that I'm glad I watched it but it's not a "watch more than once" kind of movie."

"Not scary or suspenseful "

"This is one of those boring horror movies that could only be saved by being worse. Like, if you’re going to make a haunted house movie like this, go absolutely crazy with it cuz it sure isn’t scary in the least. Every bad horror movie trope is here, every ghost story/haunted house cliché is catalogued and on full display, because god forbid we have a horror movie released on Halloween weekend that’s anything more than an excuse to scare stupid teenagers. The fact I can reach into a bargain bin at Wal-Mart and pull out 5 movies scarier than this is sad enough but the fact they keep making them is just depressing. "

"The Origins of Evil was pretty good so I was expecting more out of this movie, however I was disappointed. The movie only somewhat made sense since I had already seen Origins of Evil. And Laine was very selfish the whole movie which was annoying. "
